These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3dSynth software and related services provided by Kubuz VOF, located at Bosbeek 56, 9120 Beveren-Waas, Belgium ("we", "us", "Kubuz VOF"). By purchasing, downloading, or using 3dSynth, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Description

3dSynth is a browser and desktop workspace for parametric 3D printing. It includes multiple design modules: G-code Sculptor (profile-based vase and spiral G-code), Predefined models, Hex grid, Fabric sculpt, Mesh sculptor (STL-oriented output for slicing elsewhere), Node sculptor, SynthBlocks, and Custom G-code editing with a live 3D view. Outputs are primarily G-code for FDM printers; Mesh sculptor targets STL export where applicable.

The product is available as a free web app and as a paid tier that unlocks additional workflow features (see Free vs Premium in the documentation). A desktop application is available for licensed users.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use 3dSynth on one (1) device per license purchased. This license includes:

3. Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad handles payment processing, applicable taxes where configured, and your purchase receipt. Kubuz VOF is the licensor of the 3dSynth software.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.

The current price for a lifetime license is listed on our pricing page. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

3dSynth, including all code, design, documentation, branding, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Kubuz VOF and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all designs, G-code files, and any other content you create using 3dSynth. We claim no rights over your work.

6. Free Tier

The free web version of 3dSynth is provided "as is" for exploration. Certain workflow limits apply on the free tier—for example, G-code Sculptor allows export and save with up to two stacked effects; SynthBlocks export and workspace save are Premium; see the documentation for the current list. We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits or features with reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

3dSynth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

3D printing disclaimer: You are solely responsible for ensuring that G-code generated by 3dSynth is safe and appropriate for your specific printer and materials. Kubuz VOF is not liable for any damage to printers, materials, property, or persons resulting from the use of G-code produced by the software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kubuz VOF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the software.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for your 3dSynth license.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 3dSynth shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of East Flanders, Belgium.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of 3dSynth after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
